Whilst Christmas wish lists are becoming a bit of a tradition on my blog (almost 6 years and counting!) I always like to highlight that this is not a hint or expectation of gifts from friends and family, but serves more as an aspirational list for myself. The things that will likely end up as ‘to me, from me’ gifts, throughout 2019.
As is always the case, I’m loving a mixture of fashion, lifestyle and for the home pieces. From a fashion perspective, I’m often looking back to UK stores for my fashion fix as I don’t find the shopping as good in Melbourne – and thankfully many of my favourites offer worldwide shipping. Warehouse* in particular have some beautiful pieces at the moment, including these darling pink pyjamas (can a girl ever have too many pyjamas sets?) but they’re also absolutely nailing their party wear with a number of metallic themed party dresses that would be perfect for the office Christmas party (mines tomorrow!).
For the home, as ever anything Jo Malone is top of my list as the quality is just second to none and there’s truly nothing better to open on Christmas morning. I’m also keen to get my hands on a Marshall Bluetooth Speaker to fill my home with some good music (particularly those Christmas tunes).
In terms of ‘lifestyle’ pieces, I’m lusting after this pure silk sleep mask. I’ve slept with an eye mask for the last 3+ years and honestly can’t recommend it enough. I’d love to get this pure silk one as I know it would be so gentle on my skin, but would also make a beautiful gift. Lastly, I adore flowers but find that I don’t buy them for myself as much as I’d like. I recently stumbled across this flower subscription service (Melbourne offering here / UK offering here ) where you can subscribe to receive a bunch of flowers weekly or fortnightly and think it’s genius! The thought of receiving a bunch of flowers regularly without the hassle of remembering to buy them, is perfect for me – and it would be the dreamiest gift.
What’s on your Christmas wish list?
