The other side of well being comes from being healthy and active, and this is an area I’ve really been trying to work on in 2016. Exercise and healthy eating have a huge influence in effecting how you feel both inside and out. John Lewis were incredibly generous, sending me a collection of fitness goodies to really help my fitness journey get off to a flying start. I was send a Moov Fitness Activity Tracker* which tracks your daily physical activity, reminding you to get active and interpreting your movements. It’s a great piece of wearable technology and something I’ve been really excited to wear the last few weeks as tracking my progress and results helps to keep me motivated.
As you can see, John Lewis were incredibly generous and I am so thankful to them for asking me to be a part of this project. Well being is a real focus for me in 2016 as I think it’s important to recognise that we only have one chance at life, and whilst it’s important to enjoy it, and not restrict ourselves – treating ourselves right is important and essential for a healthy, happy body and mind.
